chemical treatment

The chemical use in agribusiness is largely spread, directly or indirectly affecting the bees that look for nectar in plantations and blossoms treated, returning to the hive carrying traces of these chemicals. On beekeeping the
chemical treatment (and antibiotics) is common to control different diseases, in special
varroa mites. Some chemicals used are formic acid, coumaphos, muticine fluvalinate. Despite not being used in USA fields, the FDA has already found contaminated imported honey with nitrofuran and chloramphenicol.
FOREST HONEY is totally free of any chemical, being 100% organic certified (chemical use is prohibited), and we must say that
Brazilian native bee is resistant to
varroa mites and they only extract nectar from the native forest/blossom (
GMO free), far away from commercial farming.
